Perfect firmness!

I can’t say enough good things!!

It was so easy to assemble. Genius idea of hiding the feet under the seats. The colour and fabric are just what we expected and it’s so comfortable! We had an IKEA sofa before that our cats wouldn’t even sleep on. They slept on our new Cozey sofa the first night! And I really appreciate your excellent customer service!

I also had the opportunity to experience what happens when there is a defect in the product, and how stellar the customer service response is. I am a fan of a company that can take an unfortunate situation/mistake and make the customer feel almost happy it happened at all.

Like when you go to a coffee shop and they get your order wrong, then tell you you can keep both drinks, and now you have one to share. Or they throw in a free muffin for your trouble.

I am truly enjoying my new Cozy sofa!

It is very comfortable with a firm feel to it. I went with 4 seats plus an ottoman. The customisable feature of ordering more or less seats is a real asset for Cozy sofa. Having a sofa delivered in boxes was so much better than lugging a large sofa up to my condo unit. Unlike IKEA sofas, assembly is straightforward and truly does not involve tools (no dreadful allen wrench needed). The service and communication from Cozy is top notch as well!

The experience from the beginning to end was stress-free and uniquely customer service based. The delivery was incredibly fast, boxes/product was in perfect condition upon arrival and it was easy to assemble. The quality of the couch seems great so far and the woven fabric is stunning. The perfect addition to my small living room. Not to mention a personal call from the CEO to thank me for my order??

The experience of building the couch ruined things for me overall

The delivery meant to arrive at my door was instead left at the local post office. Because it was left there, I had to borrow my employer’s truck to make the pickup. Then I had to haul each of the boxes individually in my car from my workplace where I was able to leave them as a sort of halfway point. Several of the parts were misaligned and had to be forced into place.
It was also much less comfortable than I imagined or the numerous 5 star reviews seemed to imply. Frankly, I landed on this because the process was pitched as straightforward and easy. None of that was my experience.

I’m really, really happy with my Cozey sofa!

The fact that it comes in multiple boxes was amazing considering I live in a walk up. It was super easy to put together, looks fantastic in my space, and is super comfortable!

The couch is wonderful, but we had a hard assembling the arms to the middle sections. There was a screw that wasn’t all the way in and it made getting the hooks in difficult. But we eventually managed.

Rapidité de livraison. Qualité du produit et possibilité de changer les housses pour le prix. Je dirais d’améliorer le confort des accoudoirs ou d’ajouter des coussins, de mettre un mécanisme qui permet de fixer l’ottoman au sofa.
L’assemblage est beaucoup plus complexe que ce qui est annoncé, mais il reste assez facile. Il faut au moins deux personnes.

It arrived in two days and, according to my boyfriend, was super easy to put together. We both loved that it was easy to get into our apartment, we didn’t have to try to squeeze it through the narrow doorways or try to twist it into the narrow hallway. It looks and feels great, I went with the Dark Grey fabric. I would recommend this sofa to anyone who needs one!

En choisissant Cozey, je voulais avant tout soutenir une entreprise locale mais aussi me rendre la vie facile lors de l’assemblage. Vous m’avez aussi convaincue de prendre ce sofa chez vous grâce aux options faits-pour-la-vie-d’ici en appartement notamment: facilité de transport, légèreté du produit et assemblage rapide. J’ai aussi adoré le fait que la livraison se ferait en deux jours et était même agréablement surprise par le soin que vous avez mis dans l’emballage. Tout a été conçu pour protéger le matériel et je vous dis merci pour cela.
Seul bémol à préciser… L’assemblage au singulier n’est vraiment pas recommandé et même à deux personnes, nous avons mis presque une heure à arriver à connecter toutes les pièces. L’assemblage est probablement plus facile pour ceux ou celles qui sont plus habitués à le faire.

Picking out size and colour, ordering, speedy shipping, and easy assembly. As one my first major furniture purchases I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, sitting on our new couch so soon after ordering and being able to relax was a great end to the day.

I like the idea of the Cozey because modular couches are perfect for people living in small spaces. Delivery was quick (less than 2 days), which is a positive. Customer service was also very responsive. However, my couch came with a tear in the lining on the seat, under the cushions. Although the cushions hide the hole, there should be no defects on a new product and I was extremely disappointed. I bought a 3 seater and my partner and I assembled it together in just over an hour. We would highly recommend assembling the Cozey with a screwdriver and a wrench on hand as some latches were misaligned and had to be loosened to fit. Overall I like the idea of the product.

As recommended, the build was easier to complete with someone else. Like any self-assembly furniture there were some frustrating moments, but the instructions were clear, and it proved totally doable for me and my boyfriend to put together. The couch is very comfortable and sturdy, and it fits in nicely with pretty much any normal decor style. The cushions are firm yet bouncy, and once it’s completed, it does not feel like a couch that arrived in pieces. The people from Cozey were also an absolute joy to deal with, and I’m extremely pleased with the result.

Incredible that we were able to get the couch in under 48 hours at our door. Moving it was easy and well identified.

Only challenge was connecting the pieces. Difficult to do without two people and can be frustrating even with two people.

I am so impressed with my new sofas

Their packaging was amazing. From the packaging to the quality of each piece – there was so much detail put into this product. Also, the instructions were easy to follow. Set up took no time at all! The sofas are also the perfect firmness – incredible comfortable!! I would highly recommend cozey to anyone looking for a new sofa.

We are very happy with our Cozey sofa!

We ordered the three seater on a Saturday and it arrived at our home in Ontario by the following Wednesday. It took two people (and a little struggle) to align the pieces and attach them, but we are thrilled with the finished product. The cushions are on the firm side, which we prefer, and the arms are well proportioned (not bulky). Once the latches are locked, the sofa is solid with no movement, creaking, or gaps.

I’m amazed by the quality of this couch and the easiness it is to set up but also take apart if we were to move (which we do a lot). We chose to get the blue 4 seater given we are a big family with cats. It’s incredibly solid, sturdy, and easy to clean! I was mainly sold on how Cozey gives back to their local community. À mon travail, nous avons un sofa Cozey deux places de couleur grise. J’adore son allure moderne et également son confort. J’ai été responsable de l’assemblage et franchement j’ai été étonnée par la simplicité du court processus. En plus, le sofa est livré dans des boîtes qui passent facilement les cadres de porte et qui sont légères!! Je compte m’en procurer un en vue de mon prochain déménagement. J’ai eu de mauvaises expériences dans le passé avec de gros divans d’autres marques qui se déplaçaient très difficilement. Cozey me simplifiera certainement la vie cette fois. Je recommande absolument cette compagnie canadienne!
