The item was defective. Was sent a replacement Ottoman, that one was also defective.
The Cielo ottomans are very nice, and the added storage is a definite plus. I would order again and would recommend.
The ottoman has an ink looking stain on the top of the frame. Cozey said it was a problem during production that they are aware of.
Very glad I chose the shortage ottoman, it’s comfortable and fits perfectly in the space with the sofa.
I got the regular Ciello not the XL and it is still a really large comfy couch.
Set up was easy. Even changed my mind after it was done and rearranged the modules. Super happy with the product!
