Now that I’ve received and tested this product, I’m honestly surprised at all the negative reviews. The couch is very comfortable and looks amazing. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the shipping company didn’t follow my delivery instructions, which caused a delay, and the assembly was a bit more difficult than expected. I recommend having at least 2—maybe even 3—friends or family members help with installation. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would absolutely recommend it.

Couch looks great and very comfortable but it has some chemical smell. It's been 3 weeks and I can still smell it. I think the only way to solve this would be for the company to air out the finished items for a few weeks before packaging it. Other than that, only time will tell how the couch is going to be after a year.
