From the day you receive your Cozey product, you have 30 days of risk-free trial. If it doesn’t fit your needs, we will take it back for free. Simply keep the original boxes and contact us at support@cozey.ca.
Shipping times vary depending on stock availability, but delivery is typically expected within a few days once your order is shipped. Naos Accent ChairThe original packaging contained two screws welded together, unusable. I contaced Cozey on the website and it took two days for someone/robot to get back to me. I also attended at the downtown Vancouver pop up for support and all they could do was tell me to telephone Cozey. I made a call to Cozey and was on hold waiting in a queue for 35 minutes before I hung up. Replacement screws were sent to me, a week later, and they were the wrong length. Because of the shortness they did not catch into the hole. This had been a terrible experience with Cozey.
